Shelburne is located in southern Nova Scotia, which has some of warmest waters north of North Carolina. This means that Shelburne enjoys some of the most moderate weather in Canada. It is ranked as a Zone 6A for gardening and is considered to have some of the warmest winter climate in Eastern Canada. So warm that Joe Bidermann is able to windsurf even during the winter months.
